The Currituck Club Surf Shack and Beach Operations 252-457-0072

At the beach, guests are greeted by our valets, who are happy to assist in taking personal items to the beach.  Guests can then setup an account and have our staff cater to every need while the family enjoys the refreshing waters and the warm sunshine. 

The Surf Shack offers a full line of rental equipment including chairs, umbrellas, body/surf boards, and kayaks.  All weekly rental equipment is setup each day awaiting your arrival.   We carry fresh made sandwiches, snacks, drinks, and our famous “Board Room” T-shirts, sunscreen and other items for your day at the beach.

Fitness and Activity Center 252-457-6472

In-Season Hours 8AM - 8PM Everyday
Off-Season Hours: Monday Closed; Tuesday-Friday 9:30AM - 5:30PM; Sat/Sun 10:00AM - 3:00PM

Indoor gaming includes arcade, ping-pong, air hockey, and foosball. Outdoor activities include bocce ball, basketball, tennis courts, horseshoes, volleyball, and an outdoor children's play area.  All equipment is available to borrow during Hours of Operation.  In season all courts are lighted until 11:00PM.

Upstairs is equipped with state of the art weight stations, brand new Treadmills, and Elliptical Trainers.  Our staff is able to answer any questions and assist with use of any equipment.

Baby-sitting services are available and may be arranged through the center.

Trolley Service 252-457-6472

Guests staying on Hunt Club Drive, Magnolia Way and Meadow Lane may be picked up at the end of your driveway; all others please walk to the nearest Trolley stop.  Not for golf and grocery transportation.

Here are a few tips for making the most of the Trolleys.

Arrive early! The 9:00 and 9:30 runs are not as crowded as 10:00-2:00.

Be Patient! Trolleys fill quickly and can be off schedule during peak times. 

Be willing to split up your group. There may not be enough seats for your entire group at once.

Don’t bring the kitchen sink! Surf Shack has full selection of rentals, snacks, and drinks.

Inclement Weather. Service will be suspended once all guests are returned home and will resume after the weather clears.

The Golf Course at The Currituck Club 252-453-9400

At The Currituck Club, Rees Jones created a breathtaking layout that stretches across 6,885 yds. of remarkably diverse coastal terrain including sand dunes, wetlands, maritime forests and a sound side shoreline. While experienced golfers will appreciate the classic layout, beginners will have fun too!

The course is semi-private with preferred times available to guests staying in the Currituck Club. Additional discounts given to guests of a member homes. Ask your rental company if the house you are renting is a member.

Rees Jones designed the course, which has been ranked in the top 25 golf courses in North Carolina by Golf Digest. There is also a full driving range, an 8,000 square foot putting green.  The Clubhouse is a 20,000 square foot building, and all Golf and Food/Beverage Operations are managed by Club Corp.  For more information, please visit www.thecurrituckgolfclub.com

Security and Guard Shack 252-453-9803

Rest assured that your privacy and safety are top priorities once you enter our gates.  Video surveillance combined with entry logs help The Currituck Club Security ensure that only our guests and approved service technicians are able to access the community.  Security personnel also conduct routine patrols and are on call 24/7.
